This modular panel is designed and manufactured in various sizes to suit the customer’s particular requirements in order to save space and implementation time. It can be installed in existing new independent protected rooms.
The panel is 110 mm thick, has an external steel casing with a crisscross surface and a smooth internal casing, which affords flawless interior finishing to the wall or room. The panel is sophisticated and extremely strong and is considered one of the best in the international market in terms of strength and is especially protected against Armor-Piercing bullets up to 0.5″ (12.5 mm AP), blasting and pushing by a hydraulic jack.
The concrete panel has spikes to protect existing rooms as well as new independent rooms. The “blue and white” product has been developed and is manufactured in Israel. The spike or arrow-like construction is revolutionary and unique for protected ballistic rooms and is registered as a patent in Israel, the European Common Market and the United States.
This unique construction of the panel that protects the room walls by providing unmatched durability to withstand pushing and blasting that is unavailable in other panels on the market today. This includes any horizontal cutting attempts to create an opening in the vault room wall.
The front of the panel consists of a crisscross surface to prevent attaching any vacuum equipment to the panel and divert bullets. In this panel, we have invested our company’s engineers’ experience and knowledge in the drilling, sawing, excavating and burning concrete. The panel is 110 mm thick, has an external steel casing with a crisscross surface and a smooth internal casing, which affords flawless interior finishing to the vault room.
Sophisticated system of internal steel spikes used to block intrusion. Cast Masad Concast 140 concrete, which is a concrete mixture that has been developed by our company’s engineers for the defense and security industries. It has a compressive strength of at least 150 MPa. This mixture contains inert aggregates and protruding spikes that provide a high deterrence to excavation and explosions.
350 kg per SQM.
Bullet penetration proof:
0.5″ AP (12.5 mm AP) ; 7.62X54R API
The MASAD laboratories performed testing according to the American UL 608 (Passed UL standard on 07/11/2013), which included all the methods to break-in, altogether and each one separately. The staff was unable to create an opening from the external side of a panel to its internal side. The panel was tested by the MASAD burglary staff according to Standard 5421 and was found compatible to Class M, the low level of protection of a vault room and high ballistic protection.
The panels meet the NIJ standards type IV and prevent mortar fragments.
